Nourish Tea (astragalus, fenugreek & fig)

A nourishing blend to support the calm rhythm of breastfeeding. Fenugreek, astragalus root, red dates, dried figs, fennel seed and dried ginger. Astragalus root is valued for it's ability to aid digestion and give an energy boost. Fenugreek has been used across both Eastern and Western herbal traditions for centuries as a natural support for milk production. Fig encourages milk production, and gently relieving the constipation that so many new mothers experience in those early weeks but rarely talk about. A small ingredient with a big job.
