Coix Seed Porridge

Coix seed, Job's tears or chinese pearl barley is a grain native to south east asia and known to reduce excess moisture in the body, calm inflammation, support skin health and is packed with protein and fibre.

Coix seeds is combined with rolled oats and unsweetened soy milk into a thick, silky breakfast bowl. Finished with goji berries for warmth and a gentle sweetness. 

Best enjoyed from the second week postpartum onwards as Job's tears has a slightly cooling nature.
